Cancellation and Return POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
For the respect of my time and the time of other guests that are booked. A NO-SHOW fee of 100% of the original cost of service will be charged to guests who no show without canceling, this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be applied towards future services. Any cancellations must be made within 24-hours, or a 50% of service will be charged. This goes for full sets as well. Please reschedule or cancel within 24 hours before the beginning of your service to avoid a cancellation fee.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our lash products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all lash product sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there are extenuating circumstances related to your order, please contact us at theloyalsalon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be considered. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
